नवदुनिया प्रतिनिधि,भोपाल। प्रदेश भर के निजी स्कूलाें पर फीस वृद्धि सहित अन्य अनियमितताओं पर लगाम लगाने के लिए मप्र निजी विद्यालय (फीस तथा संबंधित विषयों का विनियमन) अधिनियम-2017 बनाया गया। इसके बाद दो दिसंबर 2020 को नियम बनाए गए, लेकिन इसका पालन नहीं हो पा रहा है। इस संबंध में स्कूल शिक्षा विभाग कई बार आदेश जारी कर चुका है। फिर से गुरुवार को राज्य शासन द्वारा प्रदेश के सभी निजी स्कूलों को निर्देशित किया गया है कि वे स्कूल फीस और अन्य विषयों की जानकारी पोर्टल पर आठ जून तक अपलोड कर दें।शासन द्वारा प्रदेश के सभी कलेक्टर को 30 जून तक विशेष अभियान चलाकर निजी स्कूलों में अनियमितताओं को चिन्हांकित करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं।स्कूल शिक्षा विभाग द्वारा सभी कलेक्टर को दिए गए निर्देशों में कहा गया है कि कुछ स्कूलों द्वारा फर्जी व डुप्लीकेट पाठ्य-पुस्तकों को पाठ्यक्रम में शामिल किया जा रहा है।इस अभियान में अनियमितताएं चिन्हित होने पर संबंधित प्रकाशक एवं बुक सेलर्स के खिलाफ नियमानुरूप कार्यवाही करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं। सभी कलेक्टरों को जांच के बाद प्रतिवेदन लोक शिक्षण संचालनालय की आयुक्त को उपलब्ध कराने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं। बता दें, कि प्रदेश में निजी स्कूलों द्वारा फीस में वृद्धि एवं इससे जुड़े अन्य विषयों को नियमन करने के लिए मप्र निजी विद्यालय (फीस और संबंधित विषयों का विनियमन) अधिनियम-2017 बनाया गया है।इस अधिनियम को 2018 में लागू किया गया ।इस अधिनियम के अधीन मप्र निजी विद्यालय(फीस तथा संबंधित विषयों का विनियमन) नियम-2020 में प्रविधान किया गया है कि राज्य सरकार निजी विद्यालयों की फीस व अन्य विषयों पर निर्णय लेकर फीस विनियमन कर सकेगी।
