Le Manh Hung appointed acting minister of industry and trade
On December 22, 2025, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh signed a decision to appoint Le Manh Hung - Chairman of the Members’ Council of the Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group (now known as the National Industrial and Energy Group) - to serve as the acting Minister of Industry and Trade. Hung was born on October 24, 1973, in Hung Yen Province. He holds a degree in petrochemical organic technology, a PhD in petrochemical science, and has completed advanced political theory training. His appointment comes following a Politburo decision to assign Nguyen Hong Dien - Central Party Committee member and former Minister of Industry and Trade - as Deputy Party Secretary in charge of the Party Committee of the National Assembly. Thanh Hoa woman fakes death for five years to claim insurance payout

Foreign woman performs dangerous motorcycle stunt in Khanh Hoa

Vietnam to offer free HPV vaccination to 11-year-old girls starting 2026
