The research, ‘Talent for Tomorrow: Reskilling to Power Ireland’s Economy’, is based on a survey of over 1,000 Irish citizens. It highlights the scale of the country’s skills challenges as the economy recovers from the disruption of the Covid-19 pandemic. Meanwhile, software gi ant Microsoft is launching a training programme aimed at improving people’s digita l skills.
