Now I don’t mean super-smart, clever-clogs comedy, where every politically correct box is ticked and then ticked again. Perhaps it’s an age thing but, as I learned that Sunday morning when I happened upon Hyacinth Bucket, it’s something that I miss. I have, however, been rushing back to watch some of those other golden oldies since my recent rediscovery of the ridiculous Hyacinth Bucket.
