BT engineer Connor Fitzgerald, 19, was arrested last year after he was accused of rapeA woman who accused BT engineer of raping her claimed she sent text messages threatening to 'ruin his life' out of 'anger'. The alleged victim - who is entitled to life-long anonymity - said 'it has caused her grief' after the case against Mr Fitzgerald was dropped. Mr Fitzgerald, from South Norwood, south London, now plans to sue the police and CPS.
