The exchange began when the driver sent a text, stating: "Question for ya," to which the woman replied "Yes?" I feel incredibly unsafe because now this sick individual has both my phone number and my address. "I called the customer service phone number and all they said was “He must’ve been tired.” And reassigned my driver. I had a similar experience with a delivery driver once.
