The weekly infection survey data is the first since schools reopened in England on March 8, but only covers the first few days after pupils went back. The data comes from the ONS's Infection Survey, which is seen as the most reliable measure of how coronavirus is spreading in the community. The ONS said: "Our modelling suggests that the percentage of people testing positive in England has continued to decrease in the week ending 13 March 2021." Mr Johnson, 56, told a Downing Street press conference on Thursday: "The Oxford jab is safe and the Pfizer jab is safe.
