The incident took place at Binoderchar village around 5:30pm on Saturday. Monwara Begum, mother of the convict Anwar Hossain, 22, said her son had been torturing and creating pressure to family members for money to manage the price of drugs. Since Saturday morning, he was demanding money to her and started damaging furniture in the house. Finding no other way, she nabbed her son with the help of local people.
