Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab has refused to rule out the creation of a new “amber watchlist”. The Government has already muddled its traffic light system by adding a “green watchlist” and, more recently, the “amber plus” list. What is the ‘amber watchlist’? The “amber watchlist” does not exist yet – and may never be brought in. There have also been rumoured Italy could be added to any potential “amber watchlist”.
