Stores at Dartmouth Crossing are closed, but many restaurants, coffee shops, theatres and big box stores are open — check with individual locations for hours. Halifax Transit will have reduced ferry and bus services on Monday. Many municipal recreation facilities will be closed — check the website for a detailed listing.
