[Courtesy]Western leaders now want a powerful Prime Minister post be included in the Building Bridges Initiative (BBI) report.In a resolution read by Vihiga Governor Wilber Otichilo at Bukhungu Stadium in Kakamega, the leaders who said they support BBI want the executive expanded to provide for a powerful Prime Minister slot with two deputies. "We want an expanded executive with powerful Prime Minister and two deputies," said Otichilo. On corruption, they say the BBI should ensure that election theft is considered an economic crime just like other graft offences.
