A body corporate secretary was found to have broken the law after downplaying a Wellington apartment's "systemic" leak issues to a prospective buyer. The 44-unit Sirocco Apartments on Church St were built in the late 1990s for $7 million. Leloir had provided property management services to the Sirocco Apartments Body Corporate since December 2007. He said body corporate records "clearly showed widespread systemic weathertightness issues unrelated to the walkways at the Sirocco Apartments. She did not wish to comment further but said she remained the building's body corporate secretary.
