Roads will close for the National Remembrance Service in Christchurch on Friday. The 10am service will be held at Christchurch's Hagley Park and will be live-streamed online and at events around the country, and televised live by TVNZ. There will be significant road closures in the central city on Friday for the 10am service at Hagley Park so people will need to allow for extra time to travel through the city. CYCLE AND SCOOTER PARKINGCycle stands and scooter parking zones will be available at North Hagley Park, next to the golf course. Riccarton Avenue will be closed to vehicles from Christchurch Hospital to Deans Avenue but there will be pedestrian access into Hagley Park.
