Jack Conan wants Leinster to “shock” the Southern Kings and Cheetahs on their first visit to South Africa in the next two weeks. Leinster and Zebre will be the first teams to travel to the southern hemisphere in the Guinness Pro14. South African rugby is known for its physicality, but Conan, right, who starred as Leinster demolished Cardiff Blues on Friday night with a late blitz, is excited to show South African fans the capabilities of the Irish teams. “They play an expansive style, so I think we’re going to try and shock them with our line speed and defence,” Conan said. “We’ve won ten points out of ten so far and we haven’t conceded any tries, that’s something we focused on.
