Residents of the Caribbean island criticised the use of a photograph on No 10’s Twitter feed on Friday of a floating platform bearing military vehicles launched from a relief ship, with the caption: “RFA Mounts Bay is delivering disaster relief.”This was because the pictured vehicles and others were unable to disembark from the landing raft because of difficulties with moving sand.
