KUALA LUMPUR: Hyon Kwang-song, who is sought by police in the murder of Kim Jong-nam, is not listed as the Second Secretary of the North Korean Embassy in Malaysia, according to a Diplomatic and Consular Mission Malaysia list posted online. A check by Bernama showed that the Second Secretary at the Embassy is a person named Yu Yong Nam and that the Ambassador is Kang Chol. The list - last updated in December - is a list of staff working at Embassies and High Commissions in Malaysia. A Foreign Ministry spokesperson told Bernama that the information displayed on the list was given by the embassy and not from the ministry. Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar said on Wednesday that Hyon was identified as the Second Secretary at the North Korean Embassy in Malaysia.
