Wanita MCA wants Bung to apologise for remarks on women - Nation

PETALING JAYA: Wanita MCA has called on Datuk Bung Mokhtar Radin to apologise for allegedly derogatory remarks he recently made against women. Its chairman Datuk Heng Seai Kie (pic) said this was not the first time that the Kinabatangan MP had uttered such remarks against women. “If Bung wishes to comment on the no-headscarf hotel policy, he could argue from an informed and rational perspective, instead of issuing a humiliating remark. “We urge the Speaker to … penalise those who come up with sexist and hurtful remarks. This is not the first time Bung has courted controversy with his comments about women.
