An average tobacco pack is sold in Vietnam at fewer than 20,000 VND (0.87 USD), with the lowest price of 6,000 VND a pack. According to the World Health Organisation’s 2017 data, Vietnam was among 15 countries worldwide with lowest prices set for tobacco.
