President Rodrigo Roa Duterte laments the lack of potential leaders today to lead the nation and the next generation. The next president need not be fixated on killing or wanting to be killed to achieve his mission. President Duterte is reminded that he has not succeeded in changing the ethos of the people or revise and upgraded the 1987 Constitution while remaining trusted and popular.
