In just five months, Christchurch-based Ultimate Championship Wrestling has grown to become NZ's premier professional wrestling promotion, delivering an exhilarating mix of wrestling talent and world class production. "We know that Nelson has a good wrestling audience so it seemed like a good first step to take the show on the road," UCW media manager Daniel Bohan said. Ultimate Championship Wrestling Duncan McDougall is planning to "layeth the smacketh down" when he takes to the ring in Nelson later this month. His wrestling career started off in Blenheim in 2011 before he joined the Impact Professional Wrestling in Auckland in 2013.
