Chemno said within a short time after being appointed to his job the county achieved great achievement in the fight against alcoholism and drugs abuse. Rono fell sick at a function in Eldoret on Saturday and was rushed to hospital where he passed on while undergoing treatment. He was among the best crusaders against abuse of drugs and alcohol in the country," said Chemno.
