Roman Abramovich, 55, has not been issued with personal sanctions in the US as he has in the UKUS authorities ordered the seizure of two luxury jets linked to Roman Abramovich after declaring that they had violated American sanctions imposed on Russia. A Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner valued at $350 million and a Gulfstream G650ER executive jet worth $60 million had both flown into Russian territory since the invasion of Ukraine without permission, the Department of Justice said. The Dreamliner is believed to be in Dubai while the Gulfstream remains in Moscow.
