The first debate of the 2020 Presidential Election saw Joe Biden brand Donald Trump a 'clown' as the it descended into chaos. Biden also told him to "shut up" as the President continued to shout over him and refused to abide by the rules. The debate, which took place in Cleveland, Ohio, was moderated by Fox Sunday News host Chris Wallace who had to chastise the candidates on numerous occasions for talking over each other. Neither candidate wore a face covering during the programme - and there wasn't a traditional handshake at the beginning or end of the showdown due to social distancing rules.
