Peel police have made two arrests after a fatal early morning stabbing in Mississauga on Tuesday. Shayan Syed, a 21-year-old man from Mississauga, was charged with second-degree murder, police said Wednesday. Police also charged Ayah Boutari, a 20-year-old woman from Mississauga, with accessory after the fact to murder.
