The Jets ended a five-game skid with that win and Hellebuyck ended a stretch of three straight losses. To stem the bleeding at just one game, Hellebuyck will need to be as sharp as ever in this one. The Jets have yet to try anything new to give some life to what should be a dangerous threat for the team. The Jets have killed off 26 of their past 31 times shorthanded (84%). Hellebuyck has been stellar when facing 40 shots or more in a game, as he did in Saturday’s win over the Blues.
