Battling with one branch of government and opening a new confrontation with another, U.S. President Donald Trump announced Friday he's declaring a national emergency to fulfil his pledge to construct a wall along the U.S.-Mexico border. Trump spoke Friday from the Rose Garden at the White House in Washington, and claimed illegal immigration is "an invasion of our country." President, how can this possibly be an national emergency if you’re saying you don’t need to do it?
