Two vehicles have crashed in Atawhai this morning, with traffic being diverted. A two vehicle crash near State Highway 6 in Atawhai is disrupting traffic. The crash took place at the intersection of Malvern Ave and Atawhai Drive near State Highway 6. The occupants of the car were not thought to have serious injuries, and traffic management was in place to divert traffic through Atawhai. Waka Kotahi’s website said caution was advised while driving along State Highway 6 near Atawhai Drive due to a crash blocking the northbound lanes.
