Orange traffic cones placed at the roadside outside a home in Jalan Cecawi in Kota Damansara, Selangor, are making it difficult for motorists. A resident said the cones disrupted traffic flow and caused obstructions. “Are residents allowed to put orange traffic cones near their homes? The spokesman said residents were not allowed to place cones as they interfered with traffic. The spokesman said: “We do not allow anyone to place cones or objects that block traffic flow.”
