IPOH: Two men were killed while another was injured in a road accident involving a car and a motorcycle at Kuala Kurau on early Tuesday (March 24) morning. Perak Fire and Rescue Department assistant operations director Sabarodzi Nor Ahmad said the incident occurred at Batu 7 near Kampung Seri Makmur at 1.24am. “Upon arrival, one male victim, a 26-year-old car passenger, was found trapped underneath the vehicle, who was pronounced dead by medics after the extrication. “Another male victim, the 21-year-old motorcyclist, had been thrown from the motorcycle and was also pronounced dead at the scene by medical personnel,” he said in a statement today. “A total of five firefighters were involved in the operation, along with personnel from the police, Health Ministry and Civil Defence Force.
