TORONTO — A 19-year-old woman is facing charges for allegedly throwing furniture off a highrise balcony in downtown Toronto. David Hopkinson says the woman turned herself in this morning and will appear in court later in the day. Marcella Zoia of Toronto is charged with one count each of mischief endangering life, mischief endangering property under $5,000 and common nuisance.
