Accha laafa pada’ (Good you got slapped) – tired of hearing these words, a 63-year-old man killed another who was bullying him, by smashing his face with a rock, in South Mumbai. The Nagpada police arrested the accused Shehzad Shaikh alias Munna Mansuri last week for killing Anwar Yusuf Khan alias Anwar Hatela. Baswat said that Shaikh had got slapped by another man over a plate of pav bhaji, a few months ago. Khan had been bullying him over it saying ‘Accha laafa pada’ (Good you got slapped) and then laughing aloud. He further said that he was so irritated and angry that he killed Khan.
