PHOTO: PAM JONESMakes 16Ingredients2 cups chopped raw cashew nuts2 cups sesame seeds2 cups coconut2 cups sultanas2 cups craisins2 cups sunflower seeds2 cups pumpkin seeds½ cup honey200g butter1 cup brown sugarMethodToast cashew nuts and coconut until lightly browned. Heat butter, honey and brown sugar until it forms into a soft ball when drizzled in cold water. When almost cool, cut into bars and store in an airtight container.
