They rustled five cows from different villages and then went to Voggu to raid a sixth. The rustlers, according to a Fulani herdsman who witnessed the theft, were transporting the stolen herd in a long Kia vehicle with registration number AW 2258-11. The locals then handed the criminals over to the police and also set the truck ablaze. The police have confirmed the incident but have refused to speak for now.
