'We proposed that a new class of planets, blanets (i.e., black hole planets) can be formed, provided that the standard scenario of planet formation is present in the circumnuclear disk,' reads the study. Researchers suggest that a black hole with one million solar masses could allow a planet to orbit just 13 light years away. 'The dynamical stability of such a system around a supermassive black hole may be an interesting subject for future studies.'
