Our Special CorrespondentLucknow: Police on Tuesday arrested a third person for the murder of a youth in Uttar Pradesh's Kasganj during communal clashes on Republic Day. Mohammad Salman, a resident of Mohalla Nawab in Kasganj town, was arrested from the Kotwali area and a revolver and two cartridges were seized from him. Salman is among a dozen accused in the murder of Chandan Gupta, who died of bullet injuries he suffered during a Tricolour march on January 26. Last week, Mohammad Salim Javed and Rahat Qureshi were arrested in connection with the case. Singh, the Kasganj district magistrate, said: "We are trying to arrest Wasim Javed, the key accused in the murder case."
