It’s a fitting coincidence that Kyle Lowry’s birthday, March 25, also happens to be the NBA’s trade deadline. It’s hard to imagine Ujiri signing up for the prospect of watching Lowry lead Philadelphia to a series win over the Raptors, no matter the haul. There are plenty of scenarios to mull, in other words, among them the slim possibility that Lowry could play for the Raptors beyond this season. Loading... Loading... Loading... Loading... Loading... Loading...That’s his right. Certainly the Raptors have played awfully well with VanVleet running the show and Lowry on the sidelines the past two seasons.
