OPINION: To say the Maria Dew report into the culture at MediaWorks was highly anticipated, would be a laughable understatement. There were MediaWorks staff, current and former, who were positively vibrating with expectation on Wednesday morning. The father of this brave young woman, and the young woman herself, deserve our congratulations for continuing to push for accountability. As a result, MediaWorks employees have made it pretty clear that they have no faith in their company's ability to deal with any complaints. "However, the harmful aspects of the MediaWorks culture cannot be denied or minimised by the leadership of MediaWorks.
