Muhoroni MP Onyango K'Oyoo, a member of the local funeral organising committee, said the date was tentative. “The body will be moved to Kisumu on Friday for burial on Saturday at her Koru home, Muhoroni of Kisumu County,” Mr K'Oyoo said. Mrs Ouko died on Monday in a road accident near the Muhoroni junction on the Kisumu-Kericho highway at the age of 76. On Friday, Prof Nyong’o and county government staff visited the family.
