AMPANG: A resident of an apartment in Taman Seri Intan was left with a hefty repair bill after his car was damaged by a 10kg television set, thrown from one of the upper floor units yesterday. The Perodua MyVi owner made the shocking discovery at noon and alerted the management. He said police have taken the car owner’s statement and identified the TV set owner as a tenant of one of the units on the 13th floor. “The TV had been sitting in front of the unit for the past three weeks. He claimed to have no knowledge of who could have thrown the TV downstairs."
