Mumbai: Reliance Nippon Life Asset Management (RNAM) made a strong debut on the bourses on Monday with its shares closing at a premium of 13 per cent to the issue price of Rs 252. On the BSE, the share listed at Rs 294, a premium of nearly 17 per cent. On the NSE, it listed at Rs 295.90, a premium of 17.42 per cent and touched a day's high of Rs 299. Reliance Nippon Life AMC has an 11.4 per cent market share. As of August 2017, its assets under management stood at Rs 3.84 trillion across mutual funds (Rs 2.3 trillion), managed accounts (Rs 1.53 trillion) and offshore funds and advisory mandates (Rs 2,223 crore).
