The Mt Kenya region Council of Elders led by it's leader Wachira Kiago have asked the Azimio leader Raila Odinga to stop calls for civil disobedience and engage the president and the deputy President Rigathi Gachagua in talks. The elders have asked the Azimio leader Raila to explain the consequences of his recent outbursts against government. The elders statement comes amidst president William Ruto and Gachagua tough statement to the Azimio leader Raila Odinga that he was trending on dangerous grounds. President Ruto has warned that Raila's threats against him have reached the end and no more. Raila Odinga has asked his supporters to come out in large numbers come July 7th and reject Ruto's political moves and the finance Bill.
