President William Ruto has wished Muslims a colourful and prayerful day as they mark Eid-ul-Adha. In a statement, Ruto said Eid-ul-Adha is a celebration of sacrifice, faith and obedience to the will of Allah. "May this blessed day inspire these spiritual virtues in the hearts of all Muslims and also bring joy, peace and blessings," he said. Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua on his part wished Muslims well as they celebrate their special day. First Lady Rachael Ruto prayed the day brings joy, peace and prosperity to Muslims.
