Prominent Southland trucking companies Tulloch Transport and Central Southland Freight have both sold in recent days but it will be "business as usual" key players say. Hilton Haulage chief executive Scott Crampton said its purchase of Central Southland Freight went through early this week. The amount of freight being moved around the country was growing and Central Southland Freight would "continue on its journey to look after the people of Southland", he said.
