A Invercargill woman whose granddaughter was killed, after it was believed she came in contact with power lines after a car crash, says she was a daring and gorgeous young woman. It is believed Bailey came in contact with power lines after she got out of the car which crashed into a power pole. John Hawkins Inspector Mike Bowman said power lines should be treated as live at all times. Carson's grandmother, Linda Carson, said the 21 year old had a beautiful smile. A service for Carson will be held at the Invercargill Workingmen's Club on Thursday.
