Soundsplash festival draws in thousands of revelers every year to Raglan, and this month it's coming to Timaru. Lowe is also the festival director behind the Bay Dreams music festival in Mount Maunganui and Nelson. He said there might have been "some crossover" between audiences for Nelson's Bay Dreams and Soundsplash in Timaru. Lowe said promoting Soundsplash for Timaru meant going back to more "traditional" means.
