Try sticking to eating three square meals a day with perhaps one or two healthy snacks a day. Also think about how much you’re eating. If you’re opening a large family pack of crisps, try and eat it throughout the week instead of in one day. Don’t have food close at handIf you are working from home, keep your work space separate to your eating space. If you want to be really strict, don’t buy any unhealthy snacks – you can’t eat what you don’t have.
