Multiple people were stabbed after a man pulled out a giant kitchen knife during a violent brawl after a concert. Six people were rushed to hospital for stab wounds after a fight broke out at the La Mirage Reception and Convention Centre in Melbourne in the early hours of Saturday morning. The group had been attending the concert of Lebanese pop star Fares Karam at the venue but had been kicked out earlier that night. Rami Wassouf, who witnessed the scuffle unfold, told the Sunday Herald Sun he tried to break up the fight. Four of the injured men stayed in hospital overnight after the brawl.
