The criminal had killed a businessman in Bahadurgarh last month and had been hired to eliminate gangster Kishan Pehelwan next. He is a sharpshooter and works for gangster Neetu Dabodia, who is currently lodged in jail and operating his gang from the inside. In a bid to escape, Vikram fired at the raiding team with a countrymade pistol but was overpowered. The police suspect that Vikram was on the way to Barwala to meet his accomplices and plan the murder.
