MANILA, Philippines — Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio would not use the narcolist released by her own father, President Rodrigo Duterte, as a basis for endorsing a candidate. On Thursday night, the President bared the names of 46 politicians allegedly involved in the illegal drug trade. “Mayor Inday Sara believes that a vote for a candidate should be a personal decision based on a voter’s perception and assessment of all the candidates,” it added.
