DPWH-Bureau of Equipment (BOE) Director Toribio Ilao said they are finalizing the plans to have night shift or second shift workers, who will transfer trash and sand excavated from the bay to the landfill in Navotas City. “We are just finalizing second shift from 10 p.m. to 4 a.m.,” he said in an interview on Friday. Currently, the silt the workers excavated from the bay is being transferred to Bicutan, Taguig City.
